| Chalk Mountain Women's Golf Club
Thursday, November 13th the Low Gross/Low Net Tournament was held at Chalk Mountain. This is the final major tournament of the year and once again didn't lack excitement and drama. There were two fields competing, Low Gross (6 players) and Low Net (9 players).
The Low Net winner is Debbie Simmons with a brilliant score of 74. The Low Gross competition went into a two hole playoff between Janice Kiichli and Sharon Morin with a tie score of 85. Kiichli prevailed to win the playoff to take the Low Gross Tournament honors. |

Congratulations to all the players for qualifying to be in the last and very fun tournament.
***On September 18th Women's Play Day, Danielle Furden aced the par 3,
136 yard #5 hole. Danielle used a 4 hybrid. The amazing shot was
witnessed by her playing partners Debi Sanford, Julie Hess and Pat
Gabler. Congratulations Danielle!***
Club News
The Chalk Mountain Women's Golf Club held
their annual Club Championship tournament.
The tournament was a three day event running
from August 28, September 2 and concluding
on September 4th. The new 2008 Club
Champion is Janice Kiichli. Janice retains this
title from 2007. Congratulations Janice!
First runner up honer goes to Sharon Morin. Congratulations Sharon.
